Shipping Policy

We are happy to be offering all of Glymed Plus products through our online store. You can access our store through the products page. We also carry many of the products in-house for purchasing. Please feel free to call us to inquire what we have in stock or feel free to visit our online store 24/7 to access all products. We understand the importance of getting your products to you quickly and efficiently. All products purchased through the online store will be directly drop shipped to you from Glymed directly. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

There are no refunds for services or any opened products that were purchased through my store in person. If you purchased products online through the Glymed store, their return policies apply and are as follows:

 

If you wish to return a GlyMed Plus Product, call or email their customer service team within five (5) days of product delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), which is required for all returns. You help facilitate a smooth return process by working with our customer service team to set up and complete your return.

You may return any unopened and undamaged products with an RMA during the five (5) days after receiving your order, for a full refund.

Opened products are also eligible for a full refund during this five (5) day period, but all opened products must be returned at the customer's expense prior to the refund being processed.

 

After five (5) days all product sales are considered final. The company reserves the right to refuse return on products at any time.
