Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide our clients with high quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure all appointments are utilized, and everyone's time is respected.
 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment this must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

If you provide less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation or request to reschedule a service cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be issued to the card on file. If you are a no-show or arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be considered a no-show, and receive a 50% of service cancellation fee.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Your privacy is of upmost important to us as well as our other guests. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment. This includes family members, friends, and children. We appreciate your understanding.
